Por US$ 175.450 (aproximadamente R$ 679,9 mil), o Nissan GT-R Nismo 2019 é o carro mais caro da marca nas lojas ao redor do mundo. Ou melhor, era. Apresentado pela primeira vez no Festival de Goodwood, o GT-R50 é uma versão especial com design feito pelo estúdio Italdesign e que acaba de ser confirmado para produção. Custará a bagatela de 990 mil euros (R$ 4,37 milhões), sem contar impostos e opcionais. O carro já pode ser encomendado pelo site www.GT-R50.nissan e, segundo a marca, está disponível também para clientes no Brasil.
Desenvolvido para celebrar o aniversário de 50 anos tanto do GT-R quanto da Italdesign, o exclusivo GT-R50 aproveita o nome para determinar que terá somente 50 unidades. A Nissan já deve entregar o carro a partir de 2019. Converter um GT-R para o R50 leva tempo, e por isso as entregas devem continuar ao longo de 2020.

O carro mostrado em Goodwood tinha pintura cinza com detalhes dourados. O modelo de produção será diferente, pintado de azul. Os sortudos que conseguirem comprar o GT-R50 poderão personalizar todo o carro. Será mais do que um GT-R Nismo com carroceria feita pela Italdesign. O R50 tem um motor 3.8 V6 biturbo de 720 cv e 79,5 kgfm de torque. Além de ganhar mais potência, o R50 vem com suspensão retrabalhada, amortecedores Bilstein e freios Brembo. Outras mudanças incluem transmissão de dupla embreagem e 6 marchas reforçada e diferenciais mais resistentes.

'Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign production design confirmed
YOKOHAMA, Japan – Nissan has confirmed the production design of the Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign – the ultimate expression of the GT-R – and has opened the official order books for the 50-vehicle limited run.
The car's exterior is virtually unchanged from the prototype first shown in July at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England. Pricing of the NISMO-tuned 720PS GT-R by Italdesign will start at 990,000 euros before taxes and options.
Nissan collaborated with Turin, Italy-based Italdesign to create the model, based on the latest Nissan GT-R NISMO, in commemoration of the 50th anniversaries of the GT-R in 2019 and Italdesign in 2018. While the prototype vehicle was finished in a special gray with gold accents, customers will be able to specify their preferred color combinations for the production version. They also will be able to choose interior colors and packages.1
In addition to Goodwood, the GT-R50 prototype has made appearances at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion in the U.S. and Nissan Crossing in Tokyo's Ginza district. It will be on display at the Nissan Gallery in Yokohama from Dec. 7.
"The reaction from Nissan fans around the world – and potential customers of the GT-R50 – has greatly exceeded our expectations," said Bob Laishley, global sports car program director at Nissan. "These 50 cars, which celebrate 50 years of the GT-R as well as 50 years of Italdesign, will be rolling tributes to Nissan's engineering leadership and rich sports car heritage for a long time to come."
Customers who wish to own a GT-R50 may start by visiting GT-R50.nissan and contacting Italdesign to create their own bespoke car. Deliveries will begin in 2019 and will continue through 2020.
